Photography and Videography

Phone .. 317-437-0404

Photography and Videography services: A variety of camera mounts are available.  In most cases there is a fee of $350 for the installation and removal of custom or rented mounting systems. We may waive this installation fee if the job will entail a minimum number of hours (to be discussed). Where rental mounts such as a Tyler nose or side mount, or a WesCam ball are necessary, we will connect you or your photographer with the agencies that rent these units. We do not rent them ourselves as there may be a conflict with our understanding of the desired mount and  that which is actually necessary. It is more satisfactory for the photographer to make the rental arrangements for these mounts. You or your photographer may visit  www.strattoncamera.com for information on camera and mounting systems and equipment, or www.tylermount.com for more information on mounting systems.

Custom camera mount and camera:  Our Custom camera mounts include an internal door opening mount which will work well for shooting out either rear side door. This mount uses the standard commercial tripod adapter. We also have a custom camera mount which permits shooting out of the front of the aircraft and utilizes our camera (or yours), remote controls, and video monitor.  One of our custom mounts and/or cameras may be installed and utilized by you or your photographer. The fee for the installation and use of any of these systems is $350.

Notice: In special, urgent circumstances our employees may photograph or videograph sites for our clients however it must be understood that our employees are not photographers, and therefore we shall not be held liable for the outcome where you have not hired a professional photographer. Our business is Helicopter Services, Business Jet charter, and Aircraft Maintenance.

Passengers during photography flights: It is normal in many cases for people to desire to take extra guests on a photo flight especially since the helicopter has the seats for them. There are two major reasons why this is not normally a good idea. First, you must keep in mind that the photographers  shooting the photos may need a little extra room to move around so that they can get the valuable shots that they are after. Secondly you must be aware that the heavier the aircraft is, the less maneuverable it is, and the more conservatively the pilot must fly. It is simply not possible to get certain shots with a heavy or crowded aircraft. See Helicopter weight limits.

We appreciate your business, and strive to ensure that the outcome and/or your experience is not just satisfactory, but extraordinary.

Thank you for choosing or considering ExecuJet.
