Payment Arrangements and Disclosures Payment arrangements other than cash, credit card or business check must be made in advance. For company billing, a purchase order is required unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Payment is due when the service is rendered except when billed to a company purchase order for which payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Under no circumstances may your payment to us be withheld pending the payment of third party obligations. If your client owes you, that is your problem and shall not be made ours. Prepayment is required for all tours and rides. Notice: In special, urgent circumstances our employees may photograph or video projects for our clients however it must be understood that our employees are not photographers, and therefore we may not be held liable for the outcome where you have not hired a professional photographer.
